
Brand Identity & Website Design Intake
It’s time to begin the journey of bringing your brand vision to life.
You’ll see a series of steps to complete for the Brazn team. We will need each of these items before we begin the branding process.

The first step in your branding journey is to connect with Cassie via an app we use called Voxer. This gives you direct access to her while we are working on your project. Simply go to the app store and search “Voxer Walkie Talkie”, it will be orange. Once you create a free account search for ‘cassieward’.
Cassie responds to Voxer’s Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.

Now it’s time to do the fun stuff! Let’s create your Pinterest Mood Board. This will be used to pull imagery and colors for your brand. We don’t want you to overthink this step, simply pin things that you’re drawn to.
To begin go to Pinterest.com, then create a Board titled “Mood Board”. Once you’ve done that you can begin pinning things you love. If you’re newer to the platform you can search things like “living room” or “blue and green aesthetic” and you’ll notice different things coming up! Ideally, we want at least 15 - 20 things pinned. When it comes to creating a brand that connects to your ideal clientele, imagery is one key component. If you’ve had a recent branding shoot done, or have images that will need to be used on your website or in your marketing material, please share those images with hello@braznbranding.com.
If you’ve never done a branding shoot we HIGHLY recommend it. It adds a fresh, clean, and professional feel to your brand. You can simply reach out to your favorite photographer and tell them you’re needing a few images done or you can search for local brand photographers! For inspiration, you can click here to see a Pinterest board we put together (and that we personally use!) when you’re ready for branded images you can show your photographer what you have in mind.

It’s time to begin your Intake Form. This form will ask you questions about your business and brand that we will need while we are developing. If you get stuck on something you can Voxer Cassie or email the team at hello@braznbranding.com. If a question doesn’t apply to you then simply put N/A in the field.

Now, it’s time to book your Branding Intake Call. On this call, you and Cassie will go over your brand goals and overall direction. Be sure that all of the steps are completed before your appointment. If the items aren’t received before the call, the call will be rescheduled.

After you’ve submitted the requested information the Brazn team will begin working on your Brand Direction Guide. This is typically delivered within 2 weeks unless a specific date was given.
In your Brand Direction guide, you’ll be presented with color and logo mockups and then we will request feedback so that we can finalize your branding.
After your brand is finalized then we will move into the design of other elements. A timeline will be laid out on your intake call with Cassie.
