  • This is where we begin gathering creative direction and understanding the vision behind your brand and design needs.

    We ask that all design clients complete a short Getting to Know You form before we begin your project. This helps us better understand your business, your style preferences, your goals, and the overall direction you want your brand or project to move in.

    You do not need to have everything figured out before filling this out. If you’re unsure about an answer, simply note that in the form. We’ll help guide and refine things together throughout the process.

    The goal of this form is to give us insight into:

    • Your business and brand

    • Your design goals and preferences

    • What you currently have in place

    • What feels unclear, missing, or needs improvement

    • What success and alignment look like for your project

    The more honest and thoughtful your responses are, the more aligned and intentional the creative process will be.

  • If you have existing materials, we’d love to review them. This helps us understand your background, past efforts, and what you may already have in place.

    If you’re starting fresh or rebuilding, that’s completely fine too.

    Helpful materials may include:

    • Logos, brand guides, or Canva files

    • Sales pages or landing pages

    • Course, program, or membership links

    • Recorded trainings or presentations

    • Style guides, content folders, or decks

  • Now it’s time to do the fun stuff—your Mood Board! This helps us visually capture the tone, energy, and color direction of your brand.

    How to create your board:

    1. Go to Pinterest.com

    2. Create a board titled Mood Board

    3. Pin 15–20 images that inspire you (colors, interiors, art, textures, aesthetics)

  • Strong visuals shape perception, even early on.

    If you already have photos that feel aligned with you or your brand, we’d love to see them. These don’t have to be perfect or recent.

    What’s helpful:

    • Brand photography

    • Headshots

    • Product images (if applicable)

    • Lifestyle or candid photos that feel like you

    If you haven’t done a photoshoot yet, no problem. We can guide you on what types of images will support your direction when the time is right.
