Due: Before your onboarding call
Time Required: 20–30 minutes -
Once your intake form is complete, you’ll book a 1:1 call with Brittney, your Client Experience Lead. On this call, we’ll walk through your goals, tools, what to expect over the next several weeks, and make sure everything is in place to move forward.
You’ll leave the call with full clarity on our process and a timeline for your brand and sales buildout.
Note: This step is required to officially kick off your project.

Do you have any existing brand assets we should be aware of—like trainings, programs, visual identity files, sales pages, or pitch decks?
Even if you’re rebuilding, we want to make sure we understand the full picture of where you’ve been so we can better shape where you’re going.

Now it’s time to do the fun stuff—your Mood Board! This helps us visually capture the tone, energy, and color direction of your brand.

Strong, high-quality visuals make a massive impact on how your brand is perceived. If you’ve already had a photoshoot or have images that reflect your brand, we’d love to see them.
What we’re looking for:
Brand photography
Headshots
Product shots (if applicable)
Candid or lifestyle images that feel aligned
If you haven’t done a photoshoot yet, now is a great time to start planning one. We’re happy to provide guidance on what types of photos will work best for your brand direction.

Once you've completed your onboarding steps, we’ll move into your Planning Session—where the real momentum begins.
During this session, you’ll work closely with Brittney to review everything you’ve submitted and walk through the full scope of your project. Together, you’ll:
Confirm your goals and priorities
Review any brand materials or ideas you've shared
Outline the milestones and timelines for your project
Identify immediate action steps to kick off your brand and sales system build
This session ensures we’re fully aligned and gives you a clear roadmap for what’s coming next.
You'll leave the call with a personalized action plan, full clarity on how we’ll be supporting you, and a sense of excitement for the transformation ahead.
